The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held this year on June 5-8. The traditional venue will be the Expoforum Exhibition and Convention Center in St. Petersburg.

In 2024, the SPIEF will be attended by political figures, owners of major Russian and foreign companies from 110 countries. Traditionally, the forum is attended by the first persons of states. Thus, Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak at SPIEF on June 7. In addition, the event will be attended by Bolivian President Luis Arce and Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Peter Szijjártó.

The SPIEF 2024 program includes:

  • Plenary session with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation.
  • Panel sessions devoted to topical issues of economy, society and business.
  • Round tables and discussions with representatives of government, business and expert community.
  • Business Contacts Exchange - a platform for establishing business ties and conducting negotiations.
  • Global Energy Award Ceremony for outstanding research and development in the field of energy.
  • Exhibition exposition, where projects of Russian and foreign companies are presented.
  • A cultural program including concerts, exhibitions and other events.

Also within the framework of SPIEF-2024 more than ten dialogs are planned, such as EAEU-ASEAN, Russia-Africa, Russia-Latin America, Russia-China, Russia-South Africa and others.
